Alcott is one of just a few CPS schools to have a tuition-based preschool program.  It is a full-day program (7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) for children who are at least 3 years old and toilet trained by September 1 of the year they are applying for.

Applications for the 2011-2012 school year will be accepted in the school office on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010.  In addition to the application form, which will be available later this summer, you will also need to bring your child's original birth certificate and a check for the enrollment deposit.

Please note that enrolling in our preschool does not necessarily guarantee a spot in our Kindergarten.
